Who the heck is Francia Raia? Well, apparently she is an actress on a show called The Secret Life of the American Teenager which explains why I haven’t heard of her. Here she is roller blading in a bikini! Very hot.

    secret life is a cheesy comedy drama soap opera for teens but francia here is always wearing skimpy little out fits .In episode on or two shes in her bra.
